Assumpta Technical High School (ATHS) was one of the very first projects of the Mother Rosa Memorial Foundation, a social development foundation organized and run by the alumnae and friends of the Assumption in memory of Mother Rosa Maria.

ATHS was set up for rural Filipino children who possess the intellectual capacity but lack the financial resources for higher education. It offers a regular secondary education program along with the vocational technical course.

The technical courses include training in integrated farming, carpentry, electronics, sewing and tailoring, food trade and business distributive arts for running small businesses.

Since its beginnings, and with major support from Assumption Alumnae and friends, ATHS has proudly graduated 150 students each year. It is the first technical high school in the country and first to be accredited by pAASCU in Region III.

Through the years, funds for the operation of ATHS came mainly from private donations of alumnae and friends.
