_Jubilee Learning Center is a social development project of Assumption College started by Sr. Gertrude r.a. It has 60 Kinder and Prep scholars coming from the depressed areas. It is managed by Maggie Sanchez. Currently the educative program includes feeding the children one meal a day under the HAIN program. It is located in Barangay Ibaba, Boni Ave. Mandaluyong.
